Navneet Gupta

Founder and President/CEO

Since founding SNAP, Inc. in 1998, Navneet Gupta has been responsible for creating and implementing the company’s vision of being a leading provider of enterprise wide Information Technology and Learning Management Solutions in the Government, DoD and Commercial Markets.

Mr. Gupta, as President/CEO of SNAP, with his 30+ years of executive and marketing experience directs the company’s overall strategy in marketing, finance, client and industry relationships. Mr. Gupta has done his Bachelors in commerce and finance and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, India. He additionally holds multiple credentials in the field of LAN/WAN engineering and management.

Mr. Gupta mentors and serves on the board of multiple companies in the field of information technology and national / international marketing.


Paul J. Masters

Paul J. Masters

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Paul Masters joined the SNAP Inc. Team in September, 2016, after completing a successful Navy career, and over 15 years in the defense industry. With an undergraduate degree in Business from his home town school, York College of Pennsylvania, he entered the Navy and spent the majority of his career in the business of logistics and financial management. During his career he received his M.S. in Financial Management from the Navy Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.

In the defense industry, Mr. Masters accepted positions of increasing responsibility, supporting clients while at CACI for over 13 years, leading to his position as Senior Vice President and Division Group Manager, together with serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Logistics Support Incorporated. At CACI, he was responsible for a $200M line of business with over 700 associates, while executing his responsibilities for managing, developing and delivering programs across a diverse customer base in the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security, together with Federal Agencies and commercial consulting. In both corporate positions, he created and institutionalized processes necessary to manage the organization's activities and its projected growth, while developing and implementing procedures and controls to promote communication and enhance information flow.

At SNAP Inc. Mr. Masters is expected to assist its leadership in positioning the company for continued growth, expansion and diversification as it graduates from a small business and positions itself prominently in the DoD and Federal markets as a premier Information Technology and Training provider. He is responsible for customer engagement and operations of the company, specifically reviewing the business growth strategy and development pipeline. He will contribute to the long range corporate goals and growth objectives while engaging clients and staff to ensure SNAP Inc. continues to provide value in every program and all customers.


Janak

Janak Thadani

Chief Financial Officer

Janak brings over 25 years of global experience in Chief Financial Officer and Controller functions. He is well versed with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards, Cost Accounting Standards, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and Defense Contract Audit Agency guidelines. His special expertise lies in federal government accounting and procedures, an area in which he worked for 20 years. Janak started his career as an external auditor for Ernst & Young and thereafter held management positions at ABB and Capgemini. He has a BS degree in Finance from Mumbai University, India; is a Chartered Accountant; and has passed the USCPA exams.

Rajiv Jain

Chief Information Officer

Rajiv Jain has been the SNAP Inc. Chief Information Officer since 2008. He brings over 20 years of experience that provides strategic leadership in delivering leading-edge technology services and solutions to SNAP, Inc and its clients. He possesses a diverse experience suite of skills which includes managing IT environments, branch offices and locations. He leads all aspects of SNAP’s information technology strategy and operations, including enterprise-level technology development and management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce & law from India together with a honors diploma in software engineering. He is a certified scrum master and holds multiple networking & security certifications.


Craig Park

Vice President, Federal Market Sector

Mr. Park bolsters SNAP’s broad capabilities with more than two decades of experience using technology to solve complex business problems within the Federal sector. He is adept at guiding transformation and modernization initiatives in support of enterprise-wide business process re-engineering, technology implementations, and data initiatives with large organizations.

Mr. Park is an accomplished executive skilled in creating organizational agility, cultivating strong client relationships, optimizing business processes and growth. He is a proven team-builder and team-player who leverages strong customer focus and communication coupled with a growth background and mindset to drive results. His progressive experience spans management and technology consulting, business and contract management; operations, delivery, growth, program and project management; and corporate portfolio expansion. Mr. Park is adept at building high-performing teams to deliver transformative, mission-critical solutions across the Federal landscape. He is experienced in the practical implementation of industry technology standards such as CMMI, ITIL, and PMBOK. He has an outstanding record of achievement leading multiple teams with diverse skill sets and implementing highly complex projects in support of Government and corporate initiatives.

Prior to joining SNAP, Mr. Park served as an executive with Salient CRGT and REI Systems responsible for all aspects of Business Unit service delivery, account management and growth while managing over 150 system engineering, business intelligence, data warehousing, and data analytics experts across 10 Federal Civilian accounts.


Tim Nagode

Division Manager - Oklahoma City, OK

Mr. Nagode leads SNAP’s Mid-West Division with a specific focus on Knowledge Management and Web-Based Solutions, providing services and products to Federal customers including the Department of the Treasury, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, Transportation Safety Institute, and the FAA. Mr. Nagode has an extensive background in multi-modal media design and development. For over 20 years, he has applied strategic web technologies, electronic performance support principles, and knowledge management tools to produce innovative solutions. With education and experience in media production, journalism, and educational technology, Mr. Nagode is highly skilled at applying instructional systems design methodologies to web design, mobile computing solutions, computer-mediated learning applications, and instructor-led training programs. Mr. Nagode holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Photojournalism and in Radio/TV/Film Production from Oklahoma State University. He also holds an M.Ed in Educational Psychology and Technology from the University of Oklahoma.


Bruce Adams

Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Adams is a senior executive with over 37 years of information technology (IT) services experience. For the last 25 years, he has had business development and profit/loss responsibilities within rapidly growing small businesses. He has participated in corporate annual revenue growth from zero dollars through $335M, and has demonstrated an ability to establish and grow a base of business within both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Adams has provided business capture and proposal development services for the federal civilian and National Security/DoD divisions of Criterion Systems. In this consulting role, Bruce has supported many business pursuits, including those associated with the Department of Energy, the National Nuclear Security Administration, DISA, NSA, Air Force, Army, FBI, and a number of the National Laboratories. Mr. Adams is DoD TOP SECRET cleared. Bruce was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Federal Programs Senior Vice President for CNSI. Bruce is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. in Economics. He is a member of AFCEA and is actively involved in his community.
