Army MCoE


The Department of the Army, Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), requires analysis, training, doctrine, capability development, instruction and related support services at Fort Benning, Georgia. The MCoE is a military entity created as a direct result of the 2005 Army Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission's decision to consolidate a number of schools and installations to produce 'Centers of Excellence.' The MCoE merged the training efforts of the U.S. Army Infantry Center located at Fort Benning, GA with the U.S. Army Armor Center at Fort Knox, KY. The MCoE contract tasks cover: general technical and analytical support, training development, doctrine development, capability development, training instruction, and simulation and analysis support.
