Army CAPdL
The Department of the Army, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) develops the Army's Soldier and civilian leaders and designs, develops and integrates capabilities, concepts and doctrine to build a campaign-capable, expeditionary and versatile Army. To this end, they have organized a contract vehicle to procure distributed learning products and services called the Combined Arms Products for Distributed Learning (CAPdL) contract. Under this vehicle, SNAP provides design and development of computer-based distributed learning courses under The Army Distributed Learning Program (TADLP) in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70, Systems Approach to Training Management, Processes, and Products. This includes front-end analysis of all types, instructional design, graphics, animations, scripts, narration, program code, etc. as well as maintenance of existing courses and courseware components.
