Our staffing approach focuses on qualified personnel supported by a cadre of subject matter experts and an experienced Program Management Organization (PMO). Our services minimize cost redundancies and duplication of task efforts by staffing highly qualified personnel with existing technical knowledge and experience. Our approach to recruiting qualified personnel for our customers includes traditional and progressive recruiting sources and extensive reach-back capabilities, including offshore capabilities, coupled with a competitive and attractive compensation package. SNAP’s internal Strategic Recruiting Division is dedicated to recruiting and hiring personnel and coordinating and providing proper certifications, orientation, and training required for the most challenging contracts. We tailor our approach to meet specific customer needs and work in partnership with our customers to ensure the best talent is sourced.
We review program goals, objectives, and requirements to determine the ideal candidate(s) from our pool of personnel resources. If in-house resources or candidates from SNAP’s database of 20,000+ resumes do not meet qualifications, SNAP employs reach-back to our dedicated staff of planners and recruiters to identify and retain the appropriately qualified workforce. We ensure quality through an extensive interview process that is periodically revisited and evaluated for effectiveness. SNAP conducts competency assessments of personnel for program, project, and task order execution by examining the potential of the employee and understanding their background, education level, skills being brought to the project, and experience from previous performances/projects.
